This document aims to record the free, informed, and unequivocal statement by which the CANDIDATE applying for a job at Fontana S.A. agrees with processing their personal data for a specific purpose, per Brazilian Law No.13.709 General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD).

By agreeing to this term, the CANDIDATE consents and agrees that Fontana will make decisions regarding the treatment of their personal data, as well as carry out the treatment of these, involving operations such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, disposal, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.

This term is linked to the Fontana S.A. Employment Candidates Privacy Notice, which is available for access on the Fontana S.A. website.

PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected from the CANDIDATE are:

1. full name;
2. date of birth;
3. schooling;
4. phone number;
5. personal email address;
6. professional qualification course;
7. Position, function, or desired sector
8. Previous professional experiences

The processing of personal data may be carried out to enable the selection process for the vacancy, the possible establishment of a contractual bond, and all acts arising from the possible employment relationship to be signed between the CANDIDATE and Fontana S.A.

DATA SHARING AND SECURITY

Fontana S.A. is hereby authorized to share the CANDIDATE’s personal data with its internal personnel management area with the manager of the area that gave rise to the vacancy.

Fontana S.A. is responsible for maintaining security, technical, and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or any form of inappropriate or unlawful treatment.

In accordance with article 48 of Law No. 13,709, Fontana S.A. will notify the CANDIDATE and the National Data Protection Authority – ANPD of the occurrence of a security incident that may pose a risk or relevant damage to the CANDIDATE.

TERMINATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Fontana S.A. may keep and process the CANDIDATE’s personal data for as long as they are relevant to the purposes listed in this term or due to legal obligation.

The CANDIDATE may request Fontana S.A., at any time, to delete their personal data via email at dpo@lfontana.ind.br, and their request will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.

THE CANDIDATE’S RIGHTS

The CANDIDATE has the right to obtain from Fontana S.A, in relation to the data processed by him, at any time and upon request:

• confirmation of the existence of treatment;
• data access;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or treated in violation of the provisions of Law No. 13,709;
• data portability upon express request;
• deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the CANDIDATE, except in the cases provided for in article 16 of Law No. 13,709;
• information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of the refusal;
• revocation of consent, pursuant to paragraph 5 of article 8 of Law No. 13,709.

RIGHT TO REVOKE CONSENT

As provided above, the CANDIDATE may revoke this consent at any time upon request to Fontana S.A.
